Meet the Team
Michael is the owner of the company. Trained and passed on from the original owner, John Fritz in 2025, Mike is the man in charge and has a keen understaning of what it takes to make a yard come to life with turf installment.
With a background in many outdoor construction and landscaping jobs, installing turf is nothing to Mike.
While also being a wilderness survival and outdoor backpacking mentor for youth and families, Mike enjoys the outdoors, along with spending time with his wife and children.

Josh works as a crew member ensuring the job is completed and the installation of any turf job is looking high quality, clean and new. He works along side with the others and on occasion by himself for smaller maitenance jobs too.
Outside of turf, Josh and his brother own and operate Elemental 5, a unique acrobatics gym in Poncha Springs tailored to youth and families teaching parkour, aerial, and other gymnastic-like skills for empowerment.
Josh enjoys studying martial arts in his free time. He has been practicing a handful of different methods for the last 20 + years and can usually be found either teaching acrobatics at Elemental 5 or contemplating some new martial arts theory, technique, or training method.
