Salida Turf stocks real looking Colorado turf that includes a short fiber length that is durable for heavy traffic or a long fiber length that is soft and luxurious for moderate traffic.  All styles come with a 15 year color warranty.

$150 delivery within Chaffee County (delivery included with installation.)

Installation costs are set from an onsite quote process but range from $3-$6/sq ft.  Installation includes delivery, final grading of site, installation, and clean up. 

Removing old turf, removing excess dirt/debris, decorative edging (boulders/rock/metal/railroad ties) is available for extra cost to be determined with quote.

Native seed planting with amended soil is least expensive option but does require initial watering and weeding effort to establish plants.  $2-$4/sq ft installed.
